ITC to Investigate Patent Infringement Complaint by Jaguar Land Rover against Volkswagen

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has announced that it will be starting an investigation based on a complaint by Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) Automotive PLC accusing Volkswagen AG of patent infringement. JLR, a unit of the Tata Motors Limited, asserted in their complaint that Volkswagen infringed on their patents relating to a system used for off-road driving in vehicles.
