Latest Report Suggests Surge in AI Patents in China

As per a new report released at the 2020 Pujiang Innovation Forum, there has been a sharp surge in the number of Artificial Intelligence related patent applications in China. In the year 2019, there were more than 30,000 AI patent applications which was a 52.4% increase from the previous year.
