Nanexa Takes VitriVax to Court Over Patent Infringement Allegations

Nanexa AB has accused VitriVax of patent infringement with a lawsuit filed at the US District Court for the District of Delaware. The plaintiff seeks to get a monetary compensation for the infringement along with an injunction order on further infringement of the three asserted patents for vaccine technologies.
