Netlist and SK hynix Sign Cross-Licensing Agreement

Netlist Inc. and SK hynix Inc. have signed a cross-licensing agreement for their memory technologies. As per the terms of the agreement, SK hynix will have access to the patent portfolio of Netlist for which it will pay royalties to the licensor. Netlist will also have access to the memory and storage patent portfolio of SK hynix. The agreement will also put an end to all pending litigations in the US.
