Pacific Biosciences Appeals against Delaware Court’s Patent Invalidity Ruling

Pacific Biosciences of California Inc. (PacBio) is appealing against a ruling of the US District Court for the District of Delaware which invalidated two of their DNA analysis patents while clearing the defendant of infringement charges. The plaintiff asserts that the defendant Oxford Nanopore Technologies Ltd. falsely asserted the jurors to believe in the importance of its products in the fight against COVID-19.
