Preliminary Injunction Ordered against Duke Manufacturing in Patent Case

The US District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri ordered a temporary injunction against Duke Manufacturing Co. from the sale of a food storage and presentation device. The plaintiff Low Temp Industries Inc. had asserted infringement of their technology and was granted a request for preliminary injunction against Duke.
