PTAB Rules in Favour of Intel and Samsung in Patent Validity Case

The Patent Trial and Appeals Board (PTAB) has ruled in favour of Intel Corp. and Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. in a patent validity review. The review ruling deems plasma processing patent owned by Daniel L. Flamm, invalid based on obviousness due to previous inventions.
