Sirius Computer Acquires Champion Solutions

Sirius Computer Solutions Inc. has acquired Champion Solutions Group Inc., known popularly for its MessageOps LLC. unit. Champion is a cloud partner for Microsoft365 and Azure and the acquisition provides Sirius with the IP assets and expertise related to these services. The financial terms of the agreement are not disclosed.
