South Korea Tops List of Nations with Declared SEPs to the Three Largest International Standardization Organizations

It has been announced by the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) that South Korea topped the list of nations that reported declared standard essential patents (DSEPs) to the three largest international standardization organizations. The nation reported 3344 DSEPs to ISO, IEC and ITU, owing to a large number of DSEPs declared by Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.
