Raven Industries, Inc.’s unit Raven Aerostar has acquired intellectual property (IP) and patents from Alphabet Inc.’s subsidiary Loon, LLC, and an autonomous constellation of high-altitude balloons for communications’ developer. Raven has acquired 176 assets related to stratospheric balloon technology, including balloon navigation, launching operations and balloon manufacturing.
Wisk Aero Complains of Patent Infringement by Archer Aviation

Wisk Aero LLC has moved to court with a patent infringement complaint against Archer Aviation. The lawsuit has been filed at the US District Court for the Northern District of California. The plaintiff asserts infringement of their potential electric aircraft design submitted to the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) last year.

With the signing of a Letter of Intent (LoI), Xeriant Inc. will acquire a significant interest in the business of its strategic alliance partner Xeriant Europe s.r.o. (XE). The deal will help Xeriant in participating in XE’s business operations for the next six months along with the expected long-term appreciation of capital.
