Tech Companies Complain Amazon Destroyed Evidence in Patent Lawsuit

The tech companies that are suing Amazon.com Inc. have claimed that the company has finally admitted that it annihilated all evidence over the first six years of a Texas federal court lawsuit, which accused it of infringing networking patents. Notably, Via Vadis LLC and AC Technologies SA had sued Amazon and others in 2014 through October 2020.
