Telix to Acquire TheraPharm

Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited has entered into an agreement to acquire TheraPharm GmbH from Scintec Diagnostics GmbH. The acquisition will give access to Telix to IP and other assets associated with TheraPharm relating to Molecularly Targeted Radiation (MTR) in hematology and immunology.
