UCAP Acquires Maxwell Ultracapacitor Business Including System Patents

UCAP Power, Inc. has acquired Maxwell Technologies Korea Co., Ltd.’s ultracapacitor business. As part of the acquisition, UCAP will also have rights over the system patents belonging to the company.
