UK Government’s Guidelines on IP Processes in 2021

As the date nears for the completion of Brexit, the UK Government has released certain guidelines for the working of the UK IP systems and for their departure from the European IP systems. The list of changes include the use of Address for Service that belong to the UK or Channel Island only, actions of IP rights holders with respect to exports and other guidelines relating to intellectual property rights like trademarks, copyright, and designs.
