Verizon Accused of Patent Infringement by Traxcell Technologies

Verizon Wireless Personal Communications LP has been accused by Traxcell Technologies LLC of infringing on patents relating to navigation systems. The lawsuit for patent infringement is filed with the US District Court for the Western District of Texas and plaintiff seeks declaratory judgement, an award of damages, costs, and fees along with a decree by the court on future infringement by the defendant.
