Bill Introduced to Limit Legal Action by Patent Licensing Companies

Representatives Suzan DelBene and David Schweikert of the US House of Representatives reintroduced a bill aimed at reigning in patent licensing companies from filing complaints at the US International Trade Commission (ITC). The Advancing America’s Interests Act was not able to hold ground when it was first introduced. However, the bill aimed at helping American companies was hailed by tech giants.
