CAFC Refuses Issuance of Mandamus Petition to G&H, Says the Petitioner Fails to Meet the Required Standard

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) has denied G&H Diversified Manufacturing, LP’s mandamus petition. G&H has appealed to the U.S. District Court for the District of Texas for transferring its patent dispute with DynaEnergetics Europe GmbH & Co.KG and DynaEnergetics U.S., Inc. to another court in Texas. CAFC has refused G&H’s plea stating that the petitioner has failed to meet the stipulated standard for the issuance of mandamus. The dispute is related to patent infringement by G&H related to perforation gun system components used in oil well drilling operations.
