Hymmen Continues Legal Battle against Barberan

Hymmen GmbH Maschinen- und Anlagenbau has expanded its ongoing patent infringement lawsuit against Barberán S.A. by adding a third patent covering aspects of digital embossing. Hymmen has announced that it will appeal the first instance ruling laid by the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf in a pending patent row. Hymmen has asserted that Barberán has infringed its three patents.
