Lyft, Inc. has appealed against a magistrate’s recommendation to reject a motion for dismissal in a patent infringement case at the US District Court for the District of Delaware. The magistrate recommended that the vehicle identification patent in suit which Lyft is accused of infringing on by RideShare Displays Inc. is not proved to be invalid.
