Maxeon and Canadian Solar Resolve Patent Infringement Lawsuit in Japan

Solar manufacturer Maxeon Solar Technologies, Ltd. has reached a settlement agreement with Chinese-Canadian panel maker Canadian Solar related to patent infringement of shingled solar module. As per the terms of the agreement Canadian Solar has agreed to withdraw challenges to Maxeon’s patent.
