Retired Federal Judges Urge Telecom Companies to Keep SEP Disputes Out of Courts

Two retired US Judges and one judge from China have urged companies in the telecommunications sector to keep issues related to Standard Essential Patents (SEPs) out of the courts. The judges are of the opinion that keeping the royalty disputes out of the courts can help in de-escalation of the trade issues between the US and China.
