On the heels of AstraZeneca Plc’s damages loss against health insurer, new patent risks have been created in the Netherlands. The Dutch court has asserted that owners of intellectual property may face litigations by third parties if they assert rights that go on to get invalidated later on.

Delhi HC Invites Suggestions to Form Patent Rules Draft

The Delhi High Court has sought suggestions and comments from members of the Bar with regards to its draft rules to govern patent lawsuits. The comments or suggestions to the proposed draft titled “The High Court of Delhi Rules Governing Patent Suits, 2020” can be sent to the Office of the Registrar General within four weeks. Notably, the draft has been prepared by a Committee comprising three Justices and a patent attorney.
